Your uploaded files
The current document service sends your upload to FileNeat’s processing server. OCR runs locally on that server. Documents are not sent to an external AI provider. The application deletes the job’s temporary workspace when processing finishes or fails.
There is no saved document history. Previews and downloads can remain in your browser page until you close it or choose another file. Keep copies you need. Hosting logs, backups and production retention have not been independently verified; this notice does not promise zero retention.
Browser preferences
The website stores a theme preference in browser local storage so it can remember light or dark mode. The theme preference is separate from account and payment records. Account sessions and pending purchase-recovery state are stored in the browser. A guest-purchase cookie associates this browser with its unused test conversions.
Accounts and payments
Selected test previews use Supabase for email-link sign-in, account identity and conversion balances, and Stripe-hosted Checkout for test payments. Your account email is used for sign-in and recovery of eligible unused guest conversions. Test order references and conversion balances are stored by the service; enter test card details only on Stripe’s checkout. Do not use real card details in the sandbox. The complete legal bases, processor arrangements, retention periods and transfer information still require verification before public launch.
