What does
a credit cover?
Preview policy
One credit covers one conversion: one file into one format, in any artwork mode. Converting the same file into another format uses another credit.
In the test preview, credits are held while a file is processed and returned if the file is rejected or processing fails. A finished file can still contain mistakes, especially in OCR, tables and fine detail, so check it before use.
Documents can be up to 30 MB, 40 pages and 100,000 cells. Some conversions have lower limits, which are checked before processing.
Test packs are saved to your account. Expiry and refund terms will be published before buying opens. CAD inspection isn’t part of these plans.

Will I need an account?
Where account access is enabled, use an email link to sign in or create an account. A single test conversion can be bought as a guest; test packs require an account.
How will I pay?
Payment-enabled test previews use Stripe-hosted Checkout with test payment details. No real charges are made. Live sales remain closed; availability is shown above the plans.
What if the conversion fails?
Failed test jobs return any held credits. For a completed output with a problem, the launch policy will explain how to request a review, correction or refund. Your statutory rights will still apply.
Are packs subscriptions?
Test packs use one-time payments with no recurring billing. There is no automatic top-up.
Can I cancel a purchase?
Consumer cancellation rights depend on what is supplied and when the service starts. The final terms will explain them before payment. Any request to start work immediately will require a separate, unticked consent control. Browsing this preview does not waive your rights.
Where can I read the terms?
Read the draft terms, draft cancellation and refunds policy and file-handling and privacy notice. Business identity, contact details and launch policies still need to be completed.
